Bought my luggage off ebay. It was advertised a no locks fitted so I bought 3 from Aliexpress. When I got the luggage the locks were indeed fitted but obviously didn't work with my key. I fitted the wafers and springs from the Aliexpress locks to the OEM barrels as the OEM's were black whereas the new ones are a different colour and the OEM's flush mount  where the Aliexpress ones protruded. The BMW barrels therefore look heaps better.

I was pleasantly surprised to see the passenger pad fitted to the top box, I also fitted some internal bags I bought from Amazon.

    Mounted it all up

Varios have always been good kit - not least because they fit the bike so neatly.

My only reservation has always been that I won't use them off-road.  They have a habit of disintegrating if you drop the bike on them!

Thanks, they are for touring. The only thing I'll use on gravel roads is the topbox. I don't take the bike off roading.
