Are the turn signals on the 850gs self cancelling or are they just finicky AF?

I always find my signals are not turning on correctly or cancel before I'm even into the turn and its like I've never turned them on and find it to be a safety issue.

Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this or I'm just not used to how the ones work on the BMW bikes?

looking for suggestions.. thanks

Items For Sale / Wunderlich Aktivkomfort standard height seat

As per this link: https://www.nippynormans.com/f750gs850gs/wunderlich-active-comfort-seat-f750gs850gs850-adventure-standard

Iíve had this on my F750GS but itís a touch too tall for me on my 850GSA, so I replaced it with a low version of the same seat. Immaculate condition. Slight marks on pics are just where Iíve sprayed some Armor All to give it a quick clean. £250 posted to mainland UK.

A simple fix if you find it a tad buzzy at touring speeds and on tour, is to tape wheel weights to your bar ends😉👍 not the prettiest thing, although black tape hides it more but it works a treat and once your finished touring, just untape them. Did this in my f800r for long trips and was a amazing simple hack

Hi

Thanks for your reply ..... I would like to take you up on your "Look" in about 3/4 weeks time if your still ok with it.
I have booked a trip away to France and really want to try the Comfort seat out before I settle on one.
Like I said I have used Sargent for many years and it was / has always been my go to seat, as I know it suits my "rear".

If you don't mind Ill drop you a email later on.

Many Thanks
