"wonder wheel"

Any tips on why the wonder wheel isn't communicating with the TFT display?

Can you give us more info?
Did you press forward/back and it doesn't scroll through the menus?

The wheel in the past  has worked, no it doesn't scroll or change screens anymore.

In order to change screens you must first press the down arrow button to get to alternate screens menu then the wheel can change/scroll screens.
I don't know where we are... but I have been lost here before...

I'd say a visit to the dealer is in order.

I've had bike for 9 months, understand how it works. It quit working.

Unfortunately it is a pretty good trip plus they're slow, will have to leave bike and also  have someone pick me up. Inconvenient, lol, whining I Know. Big thing is, this bike is a "toy" on days off but otherwise it's my commuter, need it at home! Little frustrating, 4th BMW, other 3 never went to shop after purchase. 3rd trip for this one. Life goes on!!!! Still love this bike.

Very understandable!
I feel very spoiled. My dealer is 10 miles away, and they give me a loaner bike whenever I leave mine there.

Think I figured it out, not sure of why. The wheel would work to clear low fuel or tire pressure.  So I figure the wheel itself is good. Took a chance, pulled the Nav V, cleaned contacts and be sure it fit good. All working, for now anyway.
