Ok good news, folks at Iron Horse motorcycles Bmw dealer in Tucson AZ got my bike in, only two radiators left in country and they are the new product number.  Bike should be done next Wednesday or Thursday then adventure continues.
    That's great. I'd say you're very lucky. I was down 10 weeks.

Got bike back and from what the tech said the radiator was cracked at the upper right mount plate.  Also he said he saw no perceive able difference between this new product number radiator and the broken one.  So if that’s the case and geez I wish a bmw rep could give us a straight answer on this, I may go the 1250 rallye route.  Will see. Love the bike but for me it’s been a new radiator every 9500 ish miles and my warranty runs out in April.

Ps he said my suspension was the best he’s ever felt on a gs,  thanks to the tractive front fork cartridge….

Sitting in Las Vegas 2500 kms from home with a cracked radiator. Eurocycle checked and none in North America, not sure if any available from Germany even. We'll see what happens, but looks like I'm screwed.

Surely some stand up dealer would be willing to remove a radiator from a bike and ship it to you so you could get home!
I don't know where we are... but I have been lost here before...

After much leg work by Roberto at Eurocycle, a radiator is on the way for hopefully installation tomorrow. The issue was with BMWs parts system being offline and not showing actual inventory.

Unfortunately no radiator showed up today so stuck here until Monday at best now. Ill be finding out how well the Roadside assistance works with paying expenses. They are supposed to cover up to $1000 for expenses.

Anyone had any experience with that?

sorry your having same issues with radiators i did,  I finally had enough and ended up trading the 850 gsa in for 2022 Rallye 1250.  Cant even begin to describe how much better and more agile this bike is.  BMW has a significant issue with the radiator mounting system on the 850.  I would do everything in your power to make the issue public social media ect.  Already have 5000 miles on this 1250 and have beat the heck out of it more than i did the 850 and not a single problem....

Wish ya luck,  my first radiator i opened up an official complaint with the BMW usa folks, it helped expedite things,  second one i was on the road in arizona on the BDR and got lucky california had one in stock so was only a couple day wait.

Radiator arrived late yesterday and they had it installed and ready to go by 10 this morning. My trip is finally resuming.
