    For sale: Wunderlich lowered footrests

I'm 6'2" and found that my 850GSA felt like BMW thought they were designing a bike for jockeys. These pegs lowered the footrests 2", and combined with raised bars made the bike quite comfortable, especially when standing. The shift lever worked fine with the tip adjusted, and the brake lever worked much better than the stock configuration. The pegs adjust fore and aft, and there are shorter versions of the center piece if desired. I modified the footrests as shown for more traction when riding offroad when it's wet, muddy, etc. After experimenting with the Wunderlich pegs to find the positioning I wanted, I had my stock pegs modified to match. $250

    Hi Scott
Just want to confirm, these are 2" lower than stock?  Any issues with rear brake operation?
    Thanks

Yes 2 inches lower, the most I could get. The center piece comes in three different lengths, so you could have less than 2 inches. My bike is a 1921 850 GSA. It came with an adjustable shift lever--the tip could be loosened and rotated. I rotated it down 90 degrees and the shifting worked fine. The brake lever on my bike as delivered was too high to be easy to use, and didn't seem to be adjustable unless I missed something. The brake pedal had a second piece that flips u and down to change the height (for easier use when standing I think I read). With that piece raised, the brake pedal is in a good position with the 2 inch lower pegs.

I can post pictures if you want, showing the shifter and brake pedal and my modified OEM foot pegs.  Scott

    Hi Scott
I have the opposite problem you have.  I am 5'6" with a 30" inseam.  My bike is a 21 850GS Rallye with a low seat and extra low suspension. I have a quick shifter and it does not have the adjuster. The seat to peg ratio is way too close, Hoping this will help with comfort.
Would you take $200.00 for them?
    Thanks
