New Sargent seat. As comfortable as the one I had on my R12 Triple Black.

That looks great, especially with the contrasting yellow piping to match the 40 Years colour scheme 👍🏻. How much more comfortable is the Sargent seat compared to the standard BMW seat?

I haven't had the 850 long but the Sargent turned the 1200GS into a cross country machine here in the US that would allow you to do multiple 800 mile days. I'm not sure of the improvement on dirt but seat of the pants on the paved miles says 50% improvement. Plus my wife likes the comfort and the slightly higher profile for looking over my shoulder.

To be fair, the stock seat isn’t much of a benchmark.  The bike is more comfortable with no seat ata all than the plank BMW ship it with :-)

The Wunderlich Komfort seat is transformational. I suspect the Sargent is too…

I had a Sargent on my old GSA1200 and it totally transformed the bike for me. Standard seat was excruciating after 1.5 hrs whereas with the Sargent I could ride without stopping except for petrol.
