That is a nice looking GSA.

Have you considered a refresher course if you have been away for a while? Always pick up new stuff even if you are an experienced rider and it helps put you back in the groove a bit quicker.

Considered and already taking courses.

Completed the first course a couple of weeks ago, and pre-paid for the next level which I will take after I get a few hundred miles under my wheels.

I also will be doing parking lot training on my own. That was my usual process when getting a new bike in the past. Standard CHP training stuff to really master brakes, and low-speed maneuvers. This will form the foundation of my skill set for taking Off-Road courses in the next 12 to 18 months.

I'm a geek about mastery of a craft or skill, and deeply believe in statements like:

"Perfect Practice Makes Perfect" and "The larger the base, the taller the pyramid".

Going to be doing practice two days a week through the summer.
